Artist of the Month
Water Color, Acrylic, Mixed Media
Constance Belle Fisher, BWS, VWS is a Clarke County, Shenandoah Valley artist who has lived in rural Northern Virginia for over 40 years. Working primarily in Expressionism, her art blends abstract and representational elements to convey emotion, mood, and movement, drawing influence from abstract expressionists and French Impressionists. Her paintings offer romantic, lyrical interpretations of an ever-changing world and are held in private collections nationwide.
